Grants Writer

Location: Remote with 10% travel
Employment Duration: Full Time Regular – Independent Contractor
Salary range: $60,000 – $80,000, no benefits
SFLR is able to support several foresters and landowners around the country because of the work done at the eight sites. As a member of the SFLR team, you will help us secure the funding necessary to continue our impactful work and grow our Network. The Grants Writer will be in a contract position through the US Endowment for Forestry and Communities and will report to the SFLR Executive Director.

Network Strategic Growth Lead

Location: Remote with 40% travel
Employment Duration: Full Time Regular – Independent Contractor
Salary range: $65,000 – $85,000, depending on qualifications
SFLR is able to support several foresters and landowners around the country because of the work done at the eight sites. As a member of the SFLR team, you will serve as a maximizer of this Network as we work to grow our impact through our growing network. You will lead the recruitment and onboarding of new sites by working alongside the network sites as a resource and advisor to strengthen their operations and eventually, their impact. In order to evaluate their internal programs, processes and structures, you will track critical data as it relates to grants and to ensure that sites are in compliance. This role is about making the most of every opportunity and supporting our SFLR Network sites in reaching their fullest potential.

Network Programs and Content Manager

Location: Remote with 30% travel
Employment Duration: Full Time Regular – Independent Contractor
Salary range: $65,000 – $85,000, depending on qualifications
SFLR is able to support numerous several foresters and landowners around the country because of the work done at the eight sites. You will co-create and design programming to support and engage the Network members. These programs include, but are not limited to, network learning experiences, landowner workshops, policy gatherings, and foresters gatherings. This role is for you if you enjoy the responsibilities in educational, creative and facilitative roles focused on the content richness of network programs. You will also support our marketing and graphic design teams, and take the lead on creating network reports around forestry, policy, impact, and more.
